Tips for making a good gluten-free pizza at home

When making a gluten-free pizza, the key is to take care of both the base and the ingredients. In the case of this rice pizza, it is advisable to cook the base before adding the toppings, this way you will achieve a crispier texture. Once ready, add the sauce and ingredients in moderation: gluten-free doughs work best when they are not excessively loaded.

Opt for fresh, quality ingredients, such as natural tomatoes, seasonal vegetables or cheeses that melt well. Many products are naturally gluten-free, but it is important to check the fine print to avoid possible cross-contamination.
